Privacy Policy

This document describes the privacy practices applicable to Lunar Goal Ascend, a mobile game and its related features and services (collectively referred to as the “Application”). The organization responsible for operating the Application is KAMRAKS BIZNES TOV, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider.” This policy explains what information may be handled during your use of the Application and how privacy-related requests can be submitted.

Information Collection and Use

While you install, launch, or interact with the Application, certain technical and usage-related details may be collected automatically or made available through your interactions. Depending on how you use the Application, this information may include:

  • Your device’s assigned Internet Protocol (IP) address
  • Records of the screens or sections you visit, including the relevant dates, times, and approximate length of access
  • The overall time spent interacting with the Application
  • Details about the mobile operating system running on your device
  • Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, where applicable

Lunar Goal Ascend and certain third-party software development kits (SDKs) may use cookies, pixels, SDK-based tools, and related technologies to support analytics, improve functionality, and maintain service performance. Where applicable privacy legislation requires permission before non-essential tracking begins, the Service Provider will seek the required consent before enabling those technologies.

Your Rights

Depending on the privacy laws applicable to your location, you may be entitled to review personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To submit a request or obtain further information about these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Individuals residing in California may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These rights may include learning what personal information is collected and how it is used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service and treatment when exercising privacy rights.

California residents wishing to exercise an applicable right may contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Requests will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation.

Information you provide may also be used to send service announcements, important account or application-related notices, legally required communications, and promotional messages where permitted by law.

Some Application features may require details that can identify you or help the Service Provider respond to your requests. Any such information will be handled in accordance with the principles and practices set out in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or processed so that it no longer reasonably identifies a particular person may be shared with external service providers from time to time. Such data may be used to assess usage trends, maintain technical performance, and develop improvements for the Application and its associated services.

The Service Provider may also disclose information to other parties in circumstances permitted by law and consistent with the provisions of this policy.

International Data Transfers

Information relating to users may be stored, accessed, or processed by the Service Provider and its selected third-party providers in countries other than the country where the user lives. These locations may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where laws governing international data transfers apply, the Service Provider will use an appropriate legal mechanism and any required safeguards. Depending on the circumstances, these mechanisms may include:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
  • An applicable adequacy decision or another transfer mechanism recognized by law
  • Individual consent, where it is legally required, valid, and permitted

Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the protections available in one country may not be identical to those in another. Where necessary, appropriate safeguards and legally required authorizations will be established before personal information is transferred internationally.

Lunar Goal Ascend may also rely on external services that process information under their own privacy policies. Services that may be incorporated into or used in connection with the Application include:

Information supplied directly by users or gathered automatically may be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • When disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another lawful request

  • When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers performing work on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not independently entitled to use the information for unrelated purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations

Opt-Out Rights

If you no longer want the Application to collect additional information from your device through your continued use, you can uninstall Lunar Goal Ascend. Removing the Application stops its ongoing collection of information through that installation. However, data already transmitted to the Service Provider or external providers may continue to be stored according to their applicable retention policies.

For requests involving personal information deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy-related matters, please email [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The period for which information is retained depends on its purpose, the way it was obtained, and any legal obligations that apply. The Service Provider generally follows these retention periods:

  • Information provided by users: Normally kept while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Automatically collected information: Generally retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless additional storage is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Aggregated or anonymized information: May be retained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
  • Information subject to legal retention requirements: Preserved for the period specified by the applicable legislation or regulation.

You may ask the Service Provider to erase your personal information. Certain records may nevertheless need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations. To request the removal of information you previously submitted through the Application, contact [email protected].

Please note that removing information necessary for particular features may limit the availability or proper functioning of those features.

Children

Lunar Goal Ascend is not designed specifically for children under 13 years of age, or below any higher minimum age established by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or intentionally direct the Application's promotion toward them.

Where parental or guardian authorization is required by law, children must not use the Application without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in situations where such collection is prohibited.

If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been submitted by a child in circumstances that violate applicable requirements, reasonable measures will be taken to remove the information from its systems without unnecessary delay.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has supplied personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable measures intended to protect information associated with the Application against unauthorized access, misuse, modification, disclosure, or loss. Depending on the nature of the information and the relevant risks, these measures may include technical protections, organizational procedures, and physical safeguards.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or information transmission can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or the relevant authorities whenever notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notification may explain the general circumstances of the incident and the steps being taken to investigate, contain, and address its consequences.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application's features, applicable legal requirements, technical environment, or information-handling practices change. Any revised version will be published with an updated effective date when appropriate.

If a material change requires renewed consent under applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain that consent before implementing the change where required.

Previous versions of this document may be available upon request. To inquire about an earlier version, contact [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required to process information, you provide it by taking an affirmative action, such as enabling a relevant feature or granting a requested permission. You may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that took place lawfully before the withdrawal. Information processed on another valid legal basis may continue to be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy.
